Michigan’s collection of world-class talent is among the top reasons why businesses locate and expand in the state. Working with a variety of partners, MEDC has formed the Talent Action Team, which serves as a concierge service matching job seekers to hiring businesses or training opportunities throughout the state. 

The Talent Action Team is also focused on partnering with businesses in key industries that have a demand for talent and is working to develop, retain and attract a pipeline of talent needed in the state for years to come.
