Michigan Office of Future Mobility and Electrification (OFME) -- part of the Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC) -- seeks to identify contracted event support for the Michigan Mobility Conference and Michigan Mobility Week (adjacent events).

The Entity will be responsible for supporting event marketing, sourcing and contracting entertainment for the networking reception, Supporting speaker logistics and program planning, supporting on-stie at the event(s) (week of September 22, 2025). Work will be done in coordination w/ OFME and MEDC Events. Support with simple website also preferred.
A minimum of 5 years' experience planning, coordinating and executing large-scale corporate/B2B events A minimum of 5 years' experience in sponsorship sales and fulfillment Experience in the mobility, automotive and/or transportation industry a plus Experience with LinkedIn and Google advertising.
The Michigan Mobility Conference will bring together the Michigan mobility ecosystem with an audience consisting of public and private sector and representing large enterprise organizations including Global OEMs and Suppliers to new technology startups developing transportation technologies.
The Conference will happen the week of September 22 -- dubbed "Michigan Mobility Week" and enity along with OFME will be coordinating to cross promote other small events happening that week across Michigan (events will be planned and executed by seperate groups/entities).
Timeline and Budget:

- Budget/Range: $40,000 - $80,000
