Growth Office Project Management - Public Engagement
Project Manager will service the Michigan Growth Office. This position is responsible for supporting public engagements and other special projects related to the implementation of the Growing Michigan Together Council’s recommendations and the state-wide population growth effort.
Other Duties Include:
- Support the creation of planning documents and project management plans for projects related to the Michigan Growth Office Functions
- Assist in organizing program information to ensure projects deadlines are met
- Conduct post-mortems following significant program wraps to determine how to best plan for future programs
- In person staff support for Growth Office activities and public engagement events
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to execute special projects, including but not limited to event execution, strategy overview and timelines, grant administration, and other duties
- Draft event memos and relevant materials as needed for public engagement events
- Organize relevant team updates around special projects
The position performs other duties as assigned. Some assignments handled by this position may involve matters of a confidential and/or sensitive nature.
