Growth Office Project Management - Events

Project Manager will service the Michigan Growth Office. This position is responsible for the development, management, and evaluation of key departmental projects related to the implementation of the Growing Michigan Together Council’s (GMTC) recommendations.

 

Other Duties Include:

  • Establish Master Event Plans for roadshows related to the Michigan Growth Office programs and speaking engagement
  • Assist in organizing and overseeing event execution and preparing briefing documents for the Chief Growth Officer
  • Conduct post-mortems following significant program wraps to determine how to best plan for roadshows
  • Laisse with key stakeholders on events and engagements for the Michigan Growth Office
  • Brainstorm new event ideas and engagements for the Chief Growth Officer that align with Michigan Growth Office strategies and objectives
  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to manage special projects, including but not limited to event execution, strategy overview, grant administration, and other duties
  • Organize relevant team updates around special projects
  • Organizing relevant contacts lists such as stakeholder lists and legislative lists
