Through an application process, communities, EDOs, utility companies and other entities can enter their site to receive available funding needed for site enhancements. MEDC will categorize and help market selected sites, and in turn, provide companies and site selectors a statewide portfolio of sites ready for investment — streamling the real estate selection process.

Strategic Site Readiness Program (SSRP)
Part of Michigan’s robust economic development tool kit, SSRP provides grants, loans, and other economic assistance to selected entities to prepare sites for investment. This funding helps communities across Michigan experience increased economic development opportunities and creates an statewide inventory of sites for business attraction and expansion projects.
Zoom Prospector Real Estate Database
The Zoom Prospector Real Estate Database organizes available business sites and buildings in Michigan. Use a variety of tools to analyze properties and find additional formation on the benefits of investing in Michigan.
Advanced Manufacturing District (AMD)
